After the registration are you automatically part of the reference group?

Not yet. The CityNetMobil project management needs to ratify the acceptance of any new city in the Reference Group but no city is refused upon provision of a letter of interest. Upon acceptance in the Reference Group you will receive an email that will provide you with an username and password. With this account you can enter a private area of the web site where you can propose your city as host of one of the CNM events.

Which is the registration procedure?

You must fill out a form indicating data and information on the candidate city. After filling the form you need to send an official letter (via fax or email), the “letter of interest” in which the local government or the private institution declares his interest in participating in the CityNetMobil project and also appoints a referent of the city for the CityNetMobil reference group.

Who can become member of the CityNetMobil Reference Group?

All companies or public administration of cities interested in advanced transport systems. For more information about project or all events see www.citynetmobil.org.

What happens if two or more candidates propose the same city?

These candidates are invited to agree to present a single reference.

Where can I find the registration form?

You can access to the page of the registration form clicking on the "call for interest" item in the main menu. Once you have completed the registration you will receive an email for confirmation. The project management will send you a second mail to communicate your acceptance in the CityNetMobil reference group.
